Add !important rules to ensure dropdown height CSS applies

Added !important to all dropdown height/padding CSS rules to ensure
they override any conflicting Bootstrap or global styles:
- min-height: 52px !important
- line-height: 1.6 !important
- padding: 0.85rem 0.75rem !important
- vertical-align: middle !important
- box-sizing: border-box !important

This forces the styles to apply and prevent text cutoff.
